Grand Prix GTP. Plans are new pulley, tune (IDK if I can even get it tuned, but I plan on trying when I have the $$$), and maybe a cam down the road. New front springs/struts that can hook up the power without the traction control are needed, but I do like my fwd burnouts occasionally.

I know, the engine faces the wrong way and there isn't a driveshaft, but at least it's a GM that can perform.

You should put this in your plans. Sell it and get a camaro ;)

Problem is that I picked this up for less than I can find a 2000+ camaro.
Only camaro I could find had a 5spd/v6, it was a 99 and they wanted 13K for it. I'd rather have this with more power and lots more interior room.
Yes, it will never be as fast, but as a DD I don't want to go too nuts with it. I'm thinking 250-300hp to the GROUND will be plenty. They are rated at 260hp stock flywheel, so I don't see that being too unattainable and hopefully parts breakage won't be an issue.

At least you were looking for a camaro. I will let you slide this time.

I'm not really familiar with what chevy_man had posted but looks like it's a decent choice based on his situation that time.
